Swagatham Guest House is located in Bharat Nivas, the Indian Pavilion of Auroville. We are close to the Visitors Center and Matrimandir, the very heart of the town.

It is most ideal place, to enjoy the silence of nature and the flavour of Southern India. It is a starting point to experience the City of the “Dawn”, with all its beauties: the nature, the innovative architecture, the workshops, spiritual discoveries and the arts.

Our building represents itself a combination of Indian traditional and new Auroville’s architecture. We offer comfort, accurate simplicity and respect of nature, in a charming and warmth ambience, meant to enhance our Guest’s stay.

Our Mission is to make our Guests feel at home, being away from home!

In our small and cosy guest house, We offer 12 rooms, in 2 different categories:

• Apartments, consisting of two rooms and a common sitting lounge 
• Suites, which are spacious and luxurious rooms, with a comfortable sitting lounge

All rooms, in each category are air conditioned, and include high-speed Wi-Fi, mini fridge, electric kettle with tea- coffee facility. Together with a UPS/Generator backup for uninterrupted power supply.

Our common areas include:

• in house kitchen/restaurant where we offer fresh homemade food, with an indoor and outdoor garden restaurant, where we serve meals under a porch with view over the garden
• a waiting lounge hall, with comfortable sofas and armchairs, ideal for reading, relaxing and having small meetings
• a central garden
